We provide detailed arrival instructions so parking is easy and stress-free. Heightened wheel base or large truck vehicles are not recommended. The max height of the parking is 6’. Guest Access: Our guests have full exclusive access to the condo and all the amenities of the building. Unit Size Approximately 360 sqft of interior living space, plus a 58 sqft private patio / lanai area. ***Important Note: One elevator is being upgraded to improve the building long-term. The other two remain fully operational, and guest access is smooth with minimal wait times (Project timeline: July 2025 - July 2026) * Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM * Expect longer wait times * Please allow extra time during check-in and check-out as these tend to be peak hours.
